Urszula Honek - b.1987, from Racławice near Gorlice, is an author of four poetry books: "Sporysz", "Pod wezwaniem", "Zimowanie", "Poltergeist", and of a short story collection "Białe noce", translated into English by Kate Webster ("White Nights", MTO Press, 2022). The recipient of the Stanisław Barańczak Award, the Kościelski Award, and the Conrad Award, she was longlisted for the International Booker Prize (2024) and a finalist of the Prix Grand Continent (2022).
