Daniel Wisser (Austria)
Daniel Wisser, born in 1971, is an Austrian writer living in Vienna. He writes novels, short stories, radio plays, and political essays. In 2018 Wisser was awarded the Austria Book Prize for his novel “Queen of the mountains”, which was published as მთის დედოფალი in Georgia in 2021.
Recently published a series of crime novels, which take their readers on a journey through Austrias federal states. The first crime novel “Once paradise was more beautiful” has just been translated to Georgian as (please insert Georgian title). Like მთის დედოფალი it was translated by the renowned Mzia Galdavadze and published by Intelekti (Tbilisi).
